I was thinking today about the fact that we really do need to love ourselves and forgive ourselves for things we’ve said or done.

I’m discovering to a greater degree that purity of thought is the happiest place, most satisfying, most peaceful. I’m also well aware that purity of thought is very difficult to attain and challenging to hang onto. What do I mean by purity of thought?
